Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core banking products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to balance client needs with firm risk and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain 70–90 business clients with annual revenue of $1–$5 million; manage credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to Chase business clients to meet financial needs.
• Use knowledge of business, finance, and risk management to recommend suitable solutions.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their place of business.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to grow primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
