Qualifications

• Ability to balance client needs with risk and firm objectives.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70-90 business clients with annual revenue of $1-5 million; provide deposits, cash management solutions, and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver customized business banking solutions tailored to clients' financial needs and circumstances.
• Apply knowledge of business, finance, banking, credit, and risk management to propose solutions that support client profitability and portfolio risk posture.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies with guidance from management.
• Identify and pursue new business clients to build long-term banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across Chase lines of business to connect clients with specialists.
• Support assigned branches and uphold risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
