Qualifications

• 1+ year in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending experience.
• Understanding of business credit and core banking products and services.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners.
• Balance client needs with risks and escalate when appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with revenue of $1–$5M; manage credit up to $500k.
• Deliver tailored business banking solutions to Chase clients.
• Identify and promote credit and banking solutions to maximize portfolio profitability.
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients at their businesses.
• Identify and pursue new business clients for primary banking relationships.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management and regulatory requirements.
