Chase is seeking a Business Relationship Manager I in Business Banking to help clients grow their businesses through tailored financial solutions, education, and advice. You will manage a portfolio of 100–130 business clients, delivering deposit, cash management, and credit opportunities up to about $500,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Knowledge of business credit, products and services with understanding of industry dynamics.
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risk and escalate when needed.
• Proven ability to manage priorities and own client issues.

Responsabilités

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide banking solutions and credit opportunities up to $500,000.
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients with customized banking solutions.
• Identify opportunities and promote solutions that support client profitability and risk management.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects and clients; maintain relationships and adjust strategies with guidance.
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to meet client financial needs.
• Support branches and adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
