The Business Relationship Manager will acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of 70–90 business clients, delivering tailored deposits, cash management, and lending solutions to support their growth.

You will collaborate with Chase Wealth Management, Home Lending, and Branch Teams to connect clients with specialists, maintain risk controls, and drive long-term relationships across Plano

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Business Banking Relationship Management or related lending.
• Knowledge of business credit and core products with industry awareness.
• Strong communication skills to build internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 70–90 business clients with $1–$5M revenue.
• Provide business banking solutions including deposits and cash management.
• Identify and promote solutions to serve clients and portfolio profitability.
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and clients at their place of business.
• Develop relationships and coordinate with partners across lines of business to meet client needs.
• Uphold risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
