Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience
• General business knowledge of business credit and banking products with understanding of practices across industries
• Strong communication skills with clients and internal partners
• Balance needs of clients with associated risks and interests of the firm; escalate or handle independently when needed
• Proficiency with MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100 - 130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million for your assigned branches
• Provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000
• Deliver tailored banking solutions to Chase business clients based on their financial needs and circumstances
• Conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients; maintain and build relationships
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term primary banking relationships
• Collaborate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
• Support branches and follow risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
