Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to pursue prospects and build a sales pipeline; self-starter and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Develop a portfolio of customers, prospects and COIs through networking and business development.
• Sell bank products to new and existing customers.
• Partner with branches for cross-sale opportunities and relationship management.
• Manage relationships with community partners to leverage programs and resources for BB customers.
• Source, evaluate and recommend new BB banking opportunities for loan and deposit relationships. Loan relationships include C&I and CRE. Manage a BB client portfolio to minimize risk and drive cross-sell and customer experience. Coordinate calling and relationships with internal partners; conduct preliminary underwriting and structure of credit requests; maintain the CRM history.
