Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of experience as a business lender.
• Bondable and valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of bank lending products, policies and regulations.
• Ability to think and act independently within bank guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Actively initiates contacts to develop relationships and maintain pipeline.
• Educates branch staff on client needs identifications and referrals.
• Counsels customers on financing needs and reviews loan applications.
• Analyzes customer financial status and credit for loan feasibility.
• Coordinates with Credit to facilitate loan review and processing.
• Develops leads within existing portfolio with other lines of business.
