Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a business lender with a proven track record of meeting goals.
• Strong understanding of bank lending products and deposit services.
• Ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate credit and collateral.
• Excellent communication and networking skills to build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and manage business client relationships through calling and outreach.
• Educate branch staff on client needs identifications and referrals.
• Counsel clients on financing needs and review loan applications and related services.
• Analyze financial status, credit, and collateral to determine loan feasibility.
• Collaborate with Credit team to process loan reviews.
