Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of SBA lending experience.
• Bondable and compliant with banking regulations.

Responsibilities

• SBA/USDA financing subject matter expert handling from application to funding.
• Develops relationships to generate loan, deposit, and related banking opportunities.
• Analyze financial statements and assess initial loan qualifications.
• Collects documentation to process, underwrite, and close SBA loans with internal support.
• Proactively initiates business contacts to grow the bank’s SBA loan pipeline.
