You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risk, and expand existing relationships while acquiring new ones. Strong credit acumen and compliance adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a small business/commercial lending environment.
• Minimum 1 year of cross-selling experience with proven sales results.

Responsibilities

• Acts as trusted financial advisor and primary contact for clients.
• Drives growth by understanding client business and industry trends.
• Educates clients on KeyBank capabilities (cash management, payments, equipment finance).
• Maintains active prospecting and builds COI referrals.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to fulfill client requests and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Partners with Credit; supports credit decisions and portfolio management.
• Maintains compliance with KeyBank policies and risk standards.
