Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in training and experience.
• 3-5 years of small business/commercial lending experience.
• Demonstrated ability to cross-sell products and services.
• Proactive approach to business development to acquire new client relationships.
• Strong financial acumen including the ability to analyze financial statements and understand underwriting guidelines.
• Exceptional sales, negotiating and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted financial advisor and primary contact for business clients.
• Drive growth by understanding client business and industry trends.
• Educate clients on bank capabilities including cash management, payments, equipment finance and wealth management.
• Maintain active prospecting and develop a COI referral network.
• Lead credit processes and oversee portfolio activities to ensure asset quality.
