Job summary

TriNet Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator in California to shape the Salesforce roadmap and deliver cloud-based solutions across a multi-cloud ecosystem.

You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects, guiding business stakeholders and IT teams through design, build, and deployment. You will lead data hygiene, security, and integration efforts, collaborating with Revenue and Services leadership to align with business objectives and scale operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Six to eight years of development and administration experience with Salesforce.com.
• End-to-end implementation experience with the Salesforce platform.
• Demonstrated experience using Tableau and advanced data modeling software.
• Proven expertise in building and deploying Agentforce agents and maximizing Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of security requirements and system landscape analysis.
• Experience with Release Management and deployment concepts/technologies.
• Salesforce.com integration experience across systems; project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrating with other systems.
• Build, configure, and implement Agentforce solutions using prompt templates and platform actions.
• Lead the Salesforce data hygiene strategy with automated deduplication rules and data retention policies.
• Define and present platform KPIs to executives to drive process optimization.
• Plan application changes, development, and upgrades; create standards and procedures.
• Guide users in requirements gathering and evaluating new processing approaches.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce tools; mitigate design risks.
• Lead multiple technical projects and deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
