Job summary
TriNet is seeking a Lead Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce ecosystem across multi-cloud environments. You will collaborate with Revenue and Services leaders to define the system roadmap, implement cloud-based solutions, and ensure scalable, high-quality delivery.
The role requires six to eight years of Salesforce development/administration, strong data modeling, and exceptional executive communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
- 6–8 years of Salesforce development and administration experience.
- End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience with Tableau and data modeling.
- Knowledge of security, release management, and integration tooling.
Responsibilities
- Develop and integrate Salesforce.com solutions and data hygiene strategies.
- Lead multiple technical projects with scalable, maintainable outcomes.
- Translate business needs into effective Salesforce tools and processes.
- Define KPIs and present metrics to executive leadership.
- Guide requirements, design risks, and mitigations for system changes.
- Collaborate with Revenue and Services leadership to define the roadmap.
