Job summary

TriNet seeks a Lead Salesforce Administrator to own the Salesforce ecosystem, define the system roadmap, and implement cloud-based solutions across multi-cloud environments. You will lead data hygiene, KPI reporting, and upgrades while collaborating with Revenue and Services leadership to align with business objectives.

Ideal candidates bring 6–8 years of Salesforce experience, strong Tableau and data modeling skills, and proven leadership in delivering scalable Salesforce AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Six to eight years of Salesforce.com development and administration experience.
• End-to-end Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience with Tableau and advanced data modeling software.
• Experience building Agentforce agents and maximizing Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Knowledge of security requirements and system landscape analysis.
• Experience with Release Management and deployment concepts.
• Salesforce integration experience.
• Project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Salesforce.com and integrations.
• Lead Agentforce solutions development.
• Establish automated data hygiene rules and retention policies.
• Define, track and present core KPIs to executives.
• Plan application changes, upgrades and new releases.
• Guide users on requirements and design trade-offs.
• Translate business needs into Salesforce tools.
• Identify design risks and mitigation strategies.
