Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Business Analyst to elicit and document business processes and requirements for new functionality. You will bridge business and tech teams across the organization, including Tech shared services and portfolio teams, with a focus on process improvements and effective change management.

The role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and follows a hybrid schedule with commuting to the Maryville office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in technical/business fields.
• Experience facilitating workshops with large groups of users and leaders.
• Experience with process mapping, data gathering, and lifecycle phases.

Responsibilities

• Break down business requirements so engineers and users understand.
• Develop and execute change management strategies including communications and training.
• Advocate process improvements and future-state design.
• Lead implementations of process improvement opportunities and coordinate stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors or 3rd parties as needed.
• Mentor other team members.
