Blue Shield of CA is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst to join the Business Configuration Shared Services team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support to drive operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will manage operational, project, and strategic initiatives, translate complex information into actionable recommendations, and contribute to governance and KPI reporting.
The Business Configuration Shared Services team serves as the operational foundation of the Business Configuration organization, coordinating and supporting the end-to-end configuration delivery lifecycle. The team ensures configuration requests are prioritized, tracked, delivered, released, reported on, and supported, while also providing automation, environment management, security coordination, governance, and operational leadership across the department.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Configuration, the Senior Business Process Analyst manages operational, project, and strategic initiatives while delivering high-quality analysis, process documentation, and business support. This role drives consistency, improves operational efficiency, and translates complex information into actionable recommendations, enabling informed decision-making and helping the organization adapt to evolving business needs.
