Job summary

Clayton Homes (New) is seeking a Business Analyst II in Maryville, TN. The role supports the CES Portfolio teams, working hybrid and commuting to the Maryville office. You’ll translate business needs into clear requirements for tech teams and stakeholders, and drive process improvements across multiple business units.

Ideal candidates possess strong communication, facilitation, and analytical skills, with experience in Agile environments and collaboration with QA and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical and business experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Experience facilitating requirement workshops with large groups.

Responsibilities

• Break down business requirements and technical complexities for engineers and end users.
• May develop/change management strategy including stakeholder communications and training.
• Advocate process changes to support future-state design and new products.
• Lead implementation of process improvements, scope and buy-in, and coordinate stakeholders and vendors.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with QA for test case development.
