Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration or related field with 1 year of relevant experience; or
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience as described in minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements budgeting methods, procedures, and plans integrated with procurement, payment processing, and contract management workflows.
• Prepares detailed budgetary and financial reports ensuring compliance with district policies, regulations, and procurement guidelines.
• Manages contract amendments and ensures changes reflect scope, budget, or other modifications.
• Acts as liaison to Planning Team on budget alignment, resource forecasting, and procurement needs.
• Monitors budget performance, identifies variances, and provides data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Contributes to research on complex financial, procurement, payment, and contract problems, proposing solutions.
