Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with two years’ professional experience in budget/finance-related area.
• Preferred: strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; knowledge of NYCPS policies; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor program budgets and expenditures to support implementation.
• Generate procurement reports and track trends for funding utilization.
• Manage invoices and payment processes to ensure timely vendor payments.
• Maintain fiscal trackers and simplify workflows across DFPCS teams.
• Ensure procurement and financial compliance with city, state, and federal rules.
