• Proven track record developing and managing budgets for large organizations.

• Expertise in budgeting and advanced financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of the University's operating budget across all fund sources.
• Oversee budgets and financial transactions totaling over $600,000,000 annually.
• Draft annual operating budget with the Chief Budget Officer.
• Forecast tuition/fee and enrollment changes with leadership.
• Draft the six-year plan with senior leadership.
• Brief executive leadership on budgets, forecasts, and planning.
• Monitor state/federal actions and fiscal impacts for leadership.
• Coordinate data model and chart of accounts with data control.
• Meet monthly with deans and directors to align resource needs.
• Lead financial system transitions such as Workday upgrade.
• Monitor revenues/expenses and propose budget adjustments.
• Prepare Board of Visitors presentation materials and resolutions.
• Support committees with detailed financial analysis.
