Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Senior Business Unit Manager to lead a plant-level workcell with full P&L responsibility. You will shape strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and negotiate critical contracts with key customers across multiple sites.

The role requires strong leadership, global business insight, and excellence in finance, operations, and customer service. Travel up to 50% is required, with a focus on delivering high value outcomes for the business and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Masters preferred.
• Degree in Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or Business Management preferred.
• Six to eight years work-related experience preferred; BU Manager or equivalent role desired.

Responsibilities

• Owns full P&L for a customer/site; drives revenue growth.
• Leads RFP processes for assigned accounts; negotiates terms.
• Manages site-level strategic planning and QBR cycle.
• Develops and sponsors tactics to achieve strategic objectives.
• Builds and maintains relationships with senior stakeholders.
