• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal partners.
• Ability to balance client needs with risks and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to prioritize daily tasks to achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Acquire, manage, and retain a portfolio of 100-130 business clients with annual revenue of $1 - $5 million; provide business deposit and cash management solutions and manage business credit opportunities up to approximately $500,000
• Deliver an outstanding experience to Chase business clients by providing comprehensive and customized business banking solutions tailored to the financial needs and circumstances of their businesses
• Identify and promote solutions that best serve the client and ensure the profitability of the portfolio
• Regularly conduct in-person calls with prospects, COIs, and existing clients; follow a disciplined relationship development process and adjust strategies with manager
• Identify and pursue potential new business clients and cultivate long-term, primary banking relationships
• Coordinate with partners across lines of business to connect clients with specialists
• Support assigned branches and uphold sound risk management protocols and regulatory requirements
