Job summary

Socket.dev in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Brand Finance & Analytics Manager to act as a senior finance and analytics partner to Brand teams, translating data into strategic recommendations that drive portfolio value and profitability.

You will own the full brand P&L, lead annual planning and forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to set pricing, A&P, and investment priorities, all while navigating multiple data sources ( Nielsen, NABCA, IWSR, SipSource, Numerator ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive CPG, commercial finance, brand analytics, or strategy experience.
• Ability to influence cross-functional and senior leadership decisions through structured analysis.
• Strong business and financial acumen across the full brand P&L including ROI and scenario modeling.
• Confidence working with syndicated, commercial, financial, and operational data from multiple sources.
• Executive-ready written and verbal communication.
• Influence and stakeholder-management capability in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic thought partner to Brand Directors/Managers and leadership; frame questions and recommend actions.
• Lead analytical and financial agenda for Brand health reviews, OPP, planning and executive reviews.
• Integrate financial, commercial, consumer, customer, supply, and competitive signals into actionable views.
• Own an integrated understanding of the full brand P&L including revenue, pricing, discounting, cost of sales, and A&P.
• Use syndicated and internal data to understand brand performance and the flow of the business.
• Navigate ambiguous questions, develop a sound point of view, and build trusted recommendations.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning with scenario modeling.
• Build business cases for portfolio, programming, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Guide pricing, promotion, pack, channel, and resource allocation decisions.
• Evaluate brand investment effectiveness and KPI-focused opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional analyses and influence execution for senior leadership reviews.
