Responsibilities

• Lead strategic analyses and partner with Brand Directors/Managers, Commercial Finance, and cross-functional leadership to frame business questions, clarify tradeoffs, and recommend actions.
• Own the integrated view of the full brand P&L, including revenue, pricing, cost of sales, and marketing investment (A&P).
• Lead annual planning, forecasting, and long-range planning; translate performance trends into credible financial outlooks and scenarios.
• Build and challenge business cases for portfolio decisions, pricing, promotions, and investments; articulate assumptions, risks, and value implications.
• Guide pricing, promotion, pack, channel, and resource allocation through market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive moves.
• Evaluate brand investment effectiveness and ensure disciplined management of A&P and related costs.
• Lead cross-functional analyses and present insights clearly in business reviews and senior leadership presentations.
