Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience in retail or FMCG industries, including at least 2 years of team management experience.
• Proficient in brand strategy planning and integrated marketing communications (IMC).
• Skilled in market research, marketing campaign planning, and performance evaluation.
• Familiar with digital marketing trends and membership/loyalty management systems.
• Strong leadership, creativity, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required.

Responsibilities

• Inherit corporate strategy and annual business goals; decompose into actionable mid-to-long-term brand and marketing plans.
• Lead the development of the annual IMC strategy and calendar; oversee creative direction for launches and campaigns.
• Direct the iteration of brand strategy and manage the Visual Identity system; ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Lead the membership system development and data analysis for growth and loyalty programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, agencies, and partners; oversee PR efforts.
• Plan department growth, manage budgets, and mentor staff; foster corporate culture.
