Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Specialist, Results Analytics to deliver advanced financial and business performance analysis for Region North America. You will analyze complex data, identify performance drivers, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for management and stakeholders.

The role leads analytical workstreams, develops financial models and dashboards, and supports forecasting, planning, and performance management. Collaboration with Finance, Operations and Strategy is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in business administration or related field.
• Experience in analysis, forecasting or BI is a plus.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial and operational results to identify key drivers, variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate analytical findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead analytical workstreams, ad-hoc projects, financial modeling, benchmarking, and scenario analysis.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reporting tools, and BI solutions that improve transparency and depth of analysis.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning by evaluating assumptions and drivers.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Strategy, and other areas to structure complex business questions and provide data-driven perspectives.
• Leverage guidelines, tools, and regional best practices to drive impact in Region North America.
• Identify and drive process improvements related to results analysis and reporting.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for results analytics, financial modeling, reporting methodologies, and tools.
