Job summary

CTP is seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Brand Management Team in Boston. The role focuses on leading projects end-to-end, from strategy through media delivery, and building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, with agency experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from strategy through media delivery, ensuring client deliverables are met.
• Collaborate across departments and manage internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee productions from planning through execution, including TV, radio, video and photography.
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients and contribute to their marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with proactive engagement.
• Draft scopes of work and track client budgets with accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
