Job summary

CTP is looking for a Senior Media Supervisor, Associate Media Director, or Media Director to join our growing media team in Boston. In this role, you will lead integrated paid media strategies, optimize campaigns, and provide insights to clients.

A successful candidate will have extensive experience in paid media, strong analytical skills, and a passion for developing effective strategies. CTP values collaboration and is committed to delivering breakthrough ideas for clients.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of paid media experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Direct experience with paid digital channels like programmatic display and paid search.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated paid digital media campaigns.
• Build media plans that connect client goals with measurable outcomes.
• Mentor junior team members and help them grow their skills.
