Job summary

CTP is seeking a Senior Media Supervisor / Associate Media Director / Media Director to join our growing media team in Boston. You will lead the planning and execution of integrated paid digital campaigns, translating client objectives into thoughtful, performance-driven strategies.

Expect close collaboration with analytics, creative, and strategy teams and hands-on involvement in optimization and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–10+ years of paid media experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Hands-on planning, buying, optimization, and reporting of paid digital campaigns.
• Experience with programmatic display, search, social, video, and native.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid digital media strategy and execution across multiple accounts.
• Build media plans connecting client goals, audience insights, and measurable outcomes.
• Stay hands-on in campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, reporting, and optimization.
• Translate data into actionable insights and client-ready recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
