Job summary

Adecco Group is hiring a Branch Manager to lead a busy branch, drive new client acquisition, and expand existing accounts in a dynamic staffing environment. You will oversee performance, training, and development of the team while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, relationship management, and operational leadership to meet KPIs, SLAs, and branch goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in direct sales with increasing responsibilities.
• Sales experience in a personnel service organization preferred.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular communication.
• Escalate issues to Client/HR/Operations managers as needed.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly business reviews for leadership.
• Manage branch P&L and budget, monitor costs and revenue.
