Job summary

Lunova Group is seeking a General Manager in Madison, WI to lead branch operations, drive profitable growth, and manage P&L across multiple lines of business. You will oversee department leaders, shape performance, and collaborate with regional leadership to deliver outstanding results.

This role requires strategic oversight, customer relationship management, and a strong focus on safety and compliance across operations and teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience leading a branch or P&L-driven operation.
Master’s degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead Branch Operations: direct department managers and supervisors to ensure execution across the branch.
Own Financial Performance: manage the P&L and ensure revenue, EBIT, gross margin, and budget commitments.
Drive Growth & Retention: expand revenue, strengthen market performance, oversee customer retention, and engage key accounts.
Build Customer & Market Relationships: maintain relationships with clients, owners, and stakeholders.
Develop & Manage the Team: lead, coach, and evaluate managers and employees; ensure accountability.
Champion Safety & Compliance: uphold safety-first culture and compliance with codes and laws.
Cross Functional & Business Oversight: coordinate with regional and corporate teams and approve key contracts.
