Job summary

Baldwin Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Wisconsin branch. You will drive profitability, oversee customer service, inventory, and warehouse workflows, and manage a high-performing team while ensuring safety and audit compliance.

You will partner with Sales and Customer Service to improve satisfaction, monitor financial controls, and champion cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 5+ years of management experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or warehouse ops.
• 3+ years bearing & PT, automation or related knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across customer service, inventory, warehouse/production workflows, deliveries and financial controls.
• Develop a high-performing team and champion continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to improve customer satisfaction.
• Plan, schedule and optimize branch operations and labor costs.
• Ensure safety audits, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Travel as required to support branch needs.
