Job summary

County Materials is seeking a Regional Branch Manager L&M to lead and support branch operations across Wisconsin. This remote role will travel to all retail locations within the state.

The position emphasizes sales growth, business development, staffing strategy, and operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have multi-location leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to implement strategic plans that drive profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Five years of related industry, retail, branch operations, landscape, masonry, construction materials, or similar experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support retail branch operations across Wisconsin territory to achieve sales growth, service, operational, safety, staffing, and profitability goals.
• Partner with Branch Managers to develop and execute branch-level sales growth and business development plans that maximize customer opportunities and strengthen market presence.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and feedback to Branch Managers and leadership teams regarding goals, initiatives, performance, and operational expectations.
• Lead workforce planning, staffing, hiring, onboarding, training, development, and retention efforts to ensure branch teams are properly staffed.
• Manage inventory investment, product mix, and branch resources to align with customer demand and business needs.
• Monitor branch performance, sales activity, staffing levels, customer trends, and market conditions to identify opportunities and implement actions.
