Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and support retail branch operations across Wisconsin to achieve sales and profitability goals.

• Coach and guide branch leadership on goals, performance, and operations.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, training, and retention across locations.
• Oversee inventory, product mix, and alignment with demand.
• Monitor performance, trends, and staffing to drive efficiency and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety programs, and standards.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and partners to support growth.
• Identify market opportunities and translate findings into regional action plans.
