Manasquan Bank seeks an experienced Branch Manager to lead a full-service retail branch, drive sales growth, and manage daily operations. The role calls for strong leadership, client relationship focus, and collaboration with commercial lending and senior management to expand business opportunities.

The ideal candidate has extensive branch banking experience, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and proven ability to coach and motivate staff while ensuring regulatory compliance and quality customer

Competenze

• Minimum 10 years branch banking experience with at least two years of experience as a Branch Manager preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Provide exceptional client service and build rapport with clients using CARE model.
• Create strategies to meet goals and drive branch performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop Branch staff; conduct strategy sessions and sales coaching.
• Oversee staff, training, performance management and development.
• Collaborate with Commercial Lending, Cash Management and Senior Management to grow business.
• Maintain branch security and adherence to policies; manage branch operations audits.
• Coordinate training for Retail staff including managers and tellers; support loan underwriting.
