• You can work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

• Drive branch goals using the Branch Scorecard to grow deposits and investments.
• Prioritize understanding and meeting client needs to build lasting relationships.
• Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebration.
• Encourage ongoing learning and development within the team to stay ahead.
• Forge meaningful relationships with local businesses to strengthen branch presence.
• Maintain a strong risk and control environment by exercising sound judgment and following policies.
