Job summary

LMI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Business Process Analyst to support communications, SharePoint management, and financial tasks for a DoD program at the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and involves liaising with senior staff and stakeholders to drive outreach and reporting efforts.

Responsibilities include developing and executing communication plans, creating content across media, and producing briefings, articles, and web content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting executive DoD leadership with briefs and talking points.
• Strong communications principles and ability to inform and persuade.
• Experience delivering strategic communications across multiple media.
• Adaptable to changing DoD environments and outreach tasks.
• Excellent oral and written communication and visuals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute communication strategies for the client mission.
• Support enterprise internal/external communications channels and products.
• Produce communications materials for initiatives; collaborate with stakeholders.
• Develop reports, articles, presentations, scripts, talking points, web content.
• Coordinate with Public Affairs and DoD components.
• Provide financial management support to OE-I.
• Manage the office SharePoint site and keep it updated.
• Plan and manage projects and events.
