JAS Forwarding (USA), Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee all branch operations, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance within El Paso, TX. You will manage staff, optimize productivity, and support sales teams while maintaining strong customer service and cost control.

The role requires extensive experience in freight forwarding, financial acumen, and leadership capabilities. Travel up to 20% may be required to support regional initiatives and client visits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of managerial experience.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience within the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong financial acumen; experience managing P&L.
• Experience across air, ocean, and supply chain/logistics operations.
• Knowledge of market dynamics, competitors, trends and challenges in freight forwarding.
• Additional international language skills are a plus.
