The BizOps team tackles high-impact strategy and cross-functional operations, partnering with Product, GTM, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Partnerships to shape Plaid's momentum and profitability.

This role focuses on owning analysis, operating cadences, and dashboards that drive data‑driven decisions, with a track record of turning ambiguity into clear action.

Qualifications

• 6–11 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles.
• Ability to work with ambiguity and maintain autonomy.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and drive cross-functional consensus.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents to accelerate workflows.
• Knowledge of SQL and Tableau.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic and operational agenda for a Product or GTM organization and cross-functional initiatives.
• Own foundational operating rhythms—monthly business reports, QBRs, OKRs and KPIs, executive reporting.
• Build dashboards, metrics, and success measures for leadership visibility and data-driven decisions.
• Partner on product strategy topics including pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market for new and existing products.
• Use AI tools and agents as a default part of how you work—the force multiplier for the team.
