Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Business Development in the United States to prospect and qualify opportunities, build relationships with senior leaders, and demonstrate the value of Amex GBT's travel software and services.

You will own end-to-end sales cycles, present data-driven proposals, negotiate contracts, onboard new customers with implementation, hit monthly and quarterly targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain accurate records while upholding the highest

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative selling experience in tech/SaaS.
• Proven sales achievements and consistent target overachievement.
• Tech-savvy with industry standard tools (CRM, pipeline, proposals, sales enablement).
• Strong prospecting and prioritization skills.
• Able to travel 25–50% and work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and discover with key decision makers.
• Develop knowledge of Amex GBT products, solutions, and differentiators.
• Deliver data-driven presentations, demos, RFIs/RFPs to executives.
• Grow revenue through contract negotiation and closing new customers.
• Onboard new customers in partnership with the implementation team.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals and targets with integrity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive new sales.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to prospects' questions.
