Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Manager of Business Development in the United States. You will prospect, conduct discovery, and showcase Amex GBT's business travel software and services to senior decision makers.

Build relationships, negotiate contracts, and close new customers while ensuring a smooth onboarding with implementation. You will work with cross-functional teams to hit monthly/quarterly sales goals, travel 25–50% of the time, and operate in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consultative selling experience within tech/SaaS.
• Proven sales achievements and targets exceeded.
• Tech-savvy with ability to use CRM, pipeline, proposals and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

• Actively prospect and conduct deep discovery with key decision makers to understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of Amex GBT's products and capabilities.
• Deliver data-driven presentations, proposals and RFIs/RFPs to executive audiences.
• Grow portfolio and revenue through contract negotiation and closing new customers.
• Onboard new customers in partnership with the implementation team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive new sales and maintain records.
