Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Business Development professional to generate new business in targeted markets and support division marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities include researching target organizations, initiating contacts, qualifying opportunities, and assisting with proposals to secure projects. A minimum of four years in a related field (AEC, sales, marketing) is required, with modular construction experience highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years’ experience in a related field (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction, sales and marketing).
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify target companies/organizations within specified segments.
• Contact and qualify targets; set appointments via phone and electronic means.
• Provide targets with marketing materials and tailored responses to interests.
• Visit qualified targets or arrange for calls by Haskell personnel.
• Prepare qualification statements and assist with responses to proposals.
