The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in business development or related fields, a strong understanding of electrical systems, and exceptional relationship-building capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business or related field.
• 5–8 years in business development, account management, sales, or marketing in construction-related industry.
• Experience supporting sales targets and multi-pursuit management.
• Ability to read financial documents, contracts and project materials.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems and proposal processes.
