Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager to support planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects. You will coordinate project teams, field leadership, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.

The role offers exposure to large commercial and industrial projects with opportunities to advance into senior leadership as you expand responsibilities and leadership influence across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, management, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in electrical construction.
• Experience with estimating systems and BIM/CAD tools is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and financial performance of electrical construction projects.
• Coordinate project teams, field leadership, and clients for successful outcomes.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and change management processes.
• Maintain safety and compliance with NEC and project standards.
• Foster client relations and lead project teams from inception to completion.
