Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Billing Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time role handles daily billing, invoice corrections, and MSO maintenance, with a competitive hourly rate and a broad benefits package.

Responsibilities include billing in SAP, invoice verification, MSO management, and supporting Credit and Collections, accounting, and sales teams as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Billing and/or Accounts Receivable experience in a medium-to-large company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of AR processes and billing workflows.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer billing and credit invoices in SAP.
• Verify invoice information (price, tax, freight) for accuracy.
• Create and maintain MSO for equipment sales.
• Assist Credit and Collections in SAP and monitor credit blocks.
• Support accounting, customer service, and sales with invoices and credits.
