Crafco, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Collections Specialist at our corporate headquarters in Phoenix, AZ.

The role focuses on account management and B2B collections, coordinating collection activities, daily bank deposits, and posting customer payments to the AR module in our ERP system. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of credit/collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in SAP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in credit, collections or accounts receivable.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Effective phone negotiation skills.
• Able to manage confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Process new customer credit applications.
• Monitor credit limits and ensure balances stay within policy.
• Perform collections on past-due accounts by phone and written correspondence.
• Post customer payments to AR; reconcile daily payments.
• Prepare invoices and credits memos.
• Analyze AR data to prioritize collections for cash flow.
• Research and resolve customer disputes and deductions.
