Responsibilities

• Conduct collections of corporate and non-corporate accounts via phone, reports, and portals.
• Respond to inquiries from accounts and internal/external customers.
• Communicate professionally to maintain relationships while collecting on past-due AR.
• Research and resolve disputes and invoice issues promptly.
• Provide accurate information to customers, sales, and credit.
