Stord seeks a strategic, analytically rigorous leader to own Revenue and Billing Operations across its 3PL platform, spanning fulfillment, parcel, and software services. This senior role bridges Finance, Operations, and Engineering to design scalable organization models and drive AI adoption.

The ideal candidate brings deep financial acumen, autonomy in ambiguity, and a track record of building scalable revenue processes across US, Canada, and UK operations.

Qualifications

• 12–18 years of progressive experience in revenue operations, billing, finance, or related roles in high-volume environments.
• Experience designing or transforming revenue/billing at scale.
• Strong understanding of complex billing models (usage-based, contract-driven, multi-service pricing).

Responsibilities

• Set the multi-year strategy for Revenue and Billing Operations across a multi-service platform.
• Own end-to-end, contract-driven billing across parcel, fulfillment, and software services.
• Translate client agreements into scalable billing logic and configurations.
