Aireko Services & Installation is seeking a Billing and Procurement Coordinator to manage invoicing, POs, and project billing, ensuring accuracy and on-time payments.

You will coordinate with project managers, service teams, estimators, and vendors, handling progress billings, change orders, liens, and closeouts. This role reports to the Operations Director and requires strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and issue invoices for service calls, T&M, and PM contracts with supporting docs.
• Prepare project progress billings (AIA or client format) with values, retainage, and change orders.
• Prepare final/close-out billings; ensure lien waivers and closeout docs are submitted.
• Bill approved change orders promptly; avoid billing without a PO or approved change order.
• Follow client billing requirements and portals, including PO numbers and deadlines.
• Review work orders and timesheets for billing accuracy; follow up on missing paperwork.
• Track unbilled work and WIP; report over- and under-bill to GM and Ops Director monthly.
• Assist accounting with collections: send statements and chase past-due invoices.
